The continuous development of high and new technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to all walks of life.Naturally,the management of university library has also been affected to a certain extent.The professional skills,solid basic knowledge and professional ethics of library managers are undergoing the new challenges and tests.Only high-quality professional librarians of university library can successfully complete their tasks under the new business environment.But at fact,many university librarians have a series of problems,such as monotonous knowledge structure,weak service consciousness,lack of professional ability and quality.Only by taking measures to improve the professional ability of university librarians as soon as possible,can we promote the further development of university library related work.
