"双高计划"的出台是国家推动职业教育改革发展的最新战略举措,它承载着服务国家发展战略的现实需要,承担着满足社会发展的分工需求。建设双高院校的目的就是要培养更高层次的人才,让高职教育更有活力和国际影响力,形成具有中国特色的高等职业教育体系。为实现建设预期,双高院校之间应多进行项目合作以打破区域布局的不合理,有明确长远的发展战略来使我国高职教育高质量发展,不断增加社会服务意识以做到与经济发展相适应。

"Double high plan"is the latest strategic measure to promote the reform and development of vocational education.It bears the practical needs of serving the national development strategy and meeting the division of labor needs of social development.The purpose of building double high colleges is to cultivate higher level talents,make higher vocational education more dynamic and have more international influence,and form a higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.In order to realize the construction expectation,the double high colleges should carry out more project cooperation to break the unreasonable regional layout,have a clear and long-term development strategy to make the high-quality development of China’s higher vocational education,and constantly increase the awareness of social service to adapt to the economic development.
