大学生公正世界信念与亲社会行为的关系:共情的中介作用

Relationship between College Students’ Belief in a Just World and Prosocial Behavior: Mediating Role of Empathy

探讨大学生公正世界信念、亲社会行为与共情方面的现状以及共情在公正世界信念与亲社会行为之间的中介作用。研究结果显示:大学生的公正世界信念水平和亲社会行为水平较高,但是共情处于中等水平;大学生公正世界信念、亲社会行为与共情三因素之间存在两两正相关关系,且相关关系显著;在家庭所在地上,亲社会行为的匿名性维度存在显著的城乡差异,农村高于城市;在年级上,公正世界信念的总分和一般公平维度存在显著差异,大一高于大四;共情在公正世界信念和亲社会行为之间呈部分中介变量。因此,为使大学生拥有一个健康的心理状态,更好地走向社会,要激励大学生养成较高的公正世界信念,增加亲社会行为,提升共情水平。

The paper studies the current state of fair beliefs in academia,prosocial behavior and empathy and the intermediate role of empathy between fair global beliefs and prosocial behavior.Results:The level of belief of university students in the just world and in prosocial behavior is high,but empathy is of medium level;There is a positive pairwise correlation between a fair belief,prosocial behavior and empathy,and the relationship is significant;In the family location,there is a significant urban-rural difference in the anonymity dimension of prosocial behavior,and the rural area is higher than the city;In the grade,there are significant differences between the total score of just world belief and the dimension of general fairness,and freshman is higher than senior;Empathy is part of the intermediary variable between just world beliefs and prosocial behavior.In order to allow students to have a healthy mental state and to better orient themselves towards society,it is necessary to inspire college students to cultivate a higher belief in a just world and increase pro-social behavior and the level of empathy.
