摘要
新加坡是亚洲地区教育水平较高的国家,在最新一轮的国际评估项目(PISA)中,新加坡学生均获得优异的成绩,这与新加坡严格的教育惩戒是有关联的。我国最新颁布的关于教育惩戒的实施规则引起了社会各届热议。立足于我国国情和学校的教育现状,通过对新加坡学校实施教育惩戒经验的详尽探究,为我国教育惩戒规则的有效落实提供启示。
Singapore is a country with higher education level in Asia.In the latest round of international assessment program(PISA),Singapore’s students have achieved excellent results,which is related to Singapore’s strict education discipline.China has recently promulgated the implementation rules of educational punishment,which has aroused heated discussion in the society.Based on China’s national conditions and the current situation of school education,this paper explores the experience of Singapore’s school implementation of educational punishment,and provides important enlightenment for the effective implementation of educational punishment rules in China.
