摘要
农村学前教育要保持稳步、健康、向上的发展态势,关键是要有一批好教师。但是农村学前教师待遇低、学历低、合格率低、持证率低等现状,严重影响着农村学前教师队伍的稳定性和可持续发展。只有充分重视农村学前教师队伍的建设,才能保障农村学前教育的质量。
Rural preschool education should keep steady,healthy and upward development trend.The key is to have a group of good teachers.However,the current situation of rural preschool teachers is low treatment,low educational background,low qualification rate and low certificate holding rate,which seriously affects the stability of the rural preschool teachers and continuous development.Only by paying full attention to the construction of rural preschool teachers can we ensure the quality of rural preschool education.
