各类校外培训机构不实宣传、违规招生、贩卖焦虑等课外辅导乱象,对学校的正常教学秩序产生了不良影响。宁夏从校外培训机构的办学地点安全性、办学许可证、营业执照、办学助学内容、校外培训机构培训与校内招生挂钩、学校教学计划等情况对区内校外培训机构进行摸排和整治,并引导培训机构规范办学,将校外培训变成学校教育教学的有益补充。

All kinds of extramural training organizations have produced a bad effect on the normal school teaching,such as false advertising,illegal enrollment,sell anxiety of entering a higher school.The Ningxia Education Department checked and managed extramural training organizations in these situations such as the hidden danger,running school license,business license,scientific training license,the collusion of extramural training school activities and middle school enrollment,and teaching plan,etc.and guided the extramural training organization to standardize the school running to make extramural training to be a useful supplement of school education and teaching.
