Analysis of pulp quality on production and product quality of Lyocell fiber

浆粕质量是影响Lyocell纤维生产和产品质量的重要因素,在同等条件下,半纤维素含量稍高、结晶度微低、聚合度适宜的浆粕适合进行Lyocell纤维生产;同时,浆粕质量的稳定性也直接关系着产品质量及生产过程的稳定性。文章就Lyocell纤维国内外发展状况及应用前景、浆粕对纤维生产及产品质量的影响进行了分析与论述。

Pulp quality is an important factor affecting the production and product quality of Lyocell fiber.Under the same conditions,the pulp with slightly higher hemicellulose content,slightly low crystallinity and suitable degree of polymerization is suitable for Lyocell fiber production;at the same time,the stability of pulp quality is also directly related to the product quality and the stability of production process.This paper analyzes and discusses the development at home and abroad and application prospect of Lyocell fiber,and the influence of pulp on fiber production and product quality.
