摘要
本文根据标准GB/T22105.1-2008、GB/T22105.2-2008,采用原子荧光法测定土壤中的总汞、总砷时,采用(1+1)王水沸水浴消解土样,汞试样不加保存液和稀释液,改成直接用纯水定容。实现了同时消解测定土壤总汞、总砷的目的,减少了测定的工作量,同时还可以减少试剂对汞实验荧光强度的影响。制备砷试样时,不加抗坏血酸。实验结果的准确度、精密度均符合要求。样品试液可保存24h。
This article is based on the standards GB/T22105.1-2008,GB/T22105.2-2008,when the total mercury and total arsenic in the soil are determined by atomic fluorescence method,the soil sample is digested with(1+1) aqua regia boiling water bath.The mercury sample does not add storage solution and diluent,and it is changed directly to pure water for constant volume.The purpose of simultaneous digestion and determination of total mercury and total arsenic in soil is realized,and the workload of determination is reduced.At the same time,the influence of the reagent on the fluorescence intensity of the mercury experiment can be reduced.When preparing arsenic samples,ascorbic acid is not added.The accuracy and precision of the experimental results meet the requirements.The sample test solution can be stored for 24 hours.
