多元共治视角下湖泊治理研究——以武汉东湖为例

Study on lake governance from the perspective of multi governance:a case study of wuhan east lake

湖泊作为我国生态水系统中的重要组成内容,其既能对河川径流起到调节作用,同时还可提供水源、养殖水产、防洪灌溉等。武汉市东湖拥有优美的风景、悠久的人文历史,但是随着武汉市近年来的城市发展与经济进步,城市城镇化的速度加快,东湖在水域面积上出现衰减,水体方面污染加剧、富营养化严重。基于此,本研究以多元共治视角探究优化东湖治理的路径,进而促进城、湖和谐共生发展。

As an important part of China’s ecological water system,lakes can not only regulate river run off,but also provide water,aquaculture,flood control and irrigation.Wuhan East Lake has a beautiful scenery and a long history of human culture.However,with the urban development and economic progress in recent years,the speed of urbanization is accelerating,the water area of East Lake is declining,and the water pollution is increasing and the eutrophication is serious.Based on this,this study explores the path to optimize the governance of the East Lake from the perspective of multi governance,so as to promote the harmonious development of the city and the lake.
