活体浮游植物色素分析在湖库生态监测中的应用

摘要 本文使用荧光光谱仪,分析了湖沼蓄水池生活样品中的植物浮游生物色素,调查了生活样品中的花青素含量和用经典方法测定的叶绿素a含量之间的相关性,还分析了花青素含量和植物浮游生物细胞数量之间的相关性。根据统计分析,费城氨酸含量在95%置信区间与叶绿素a含量和植物浮游生物细胞数量有显著关联。费城氨酸的in vivo定量可以定量提供淡水富营养化的早期预警信息和藻类布鲁姆形成的早期预警信号,这对于饮用水源的早期预警监测具有一定的应用价值。 The phytoplankton pigments in living samples of lake and marsh reservoirs were analyzed by fl uorescence spectrometer,and the correlation between anthocyanin content in living samples and chlorophyll-a content determined by classical methods was investigated.The correlation between anthocyanin content and phytoplankton cell number was also analyzed.According to the statistical analysis,the content of lysine in philadelphia was signifi cantly correlated with the content of green a and the number of phytoplankton cells in 95%confi dence interval.In vivo quantifi cation of lysine can quantitatively provide early warning information of freshwater eutrophication and early warning signal of algae bloom formation,which has certain application value for early warning monitoring of drinking water sources.
