气相质谱法测定环境地下水中的石油烃

摘要 建立气相质谱法测定环境地下水中石油烃的方法。用二氯甲烷萃取水中的可萃取性石油烃,萃取液经脱水、浓缩、净化、定容后,用气相质谱仪测定。结果表明:C_(10)-C_(35)正构烷烃的线性范围为1.0 mg/L~100 mg/L,各正构烷烃检出限(3S/N)均低于1.0 mg/L,以空白样品为基质,加标回收率在83%~97%之间,相对标准偏差在1.2%~8.5%之间。 A method for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in environmental groundwater by gas chromatography mass spectrometry was established.The extractable petroleum hydrocarbons in water were extracted with dichloromethane.After dehydration,concentration,purifi cation and constant volume,the extracted liquid was determined by GC-MS.The results showed that the linear range of C10-C35 n-alkanes was 1.0 mg/L~100 mg/L,and the detection limits(3S/N)of all n-alkanes were lower than 1.0 mg/L.with blank sample as matrix,the recoveries were 83%-97%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.2%~8.5%.
