摘要
潍坊市益都中心医院通过建立综合考评体系,导入以资源为基础的相对价值比率(Resource Based Relative Value Scale,RBRVS)方法考核工作量,设计专项绩效以加强关键流程和关键技术考核力度,结合综合目标管理强化质量管理和内涵建设。综合考评体系运行后国家三级医院关键绩效考核指标明显改善,员工积极性提高,精细化管理能力同步得到提升,为公立医院绩效改革实践提供了借鉴。
Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang introduces the RBRVS method to evaluate the workload,designs specific performance to strengthen the assessment for key processes and key technology,strengthen quality management and connotation construction through the combination with target management.After the operation of the comprehensive evaluation system,the key performance evaluation indexes of the national third-level hospitals are obviously improved;the enthusiasm of the staff is improved;the delicacy management ability is improved simultaneously,which provides a reference for the practice of performance reform in public hospitals.
