我国卫生应急处置领域的研究热点和趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in China’s Health Emergency Disposal

目的根据突发公共卫生事件应急处理领域的文献数据进行可视化分析,讨论该领域的研究热点以及发展趋势。方法运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库中突发公共卫生事件应急处置领域的文献进行可视化分析,时间跨度为2003—2020年,数据采集时间为2020年2月18日。结果 1 846篇文献显示"突发公共卫生事件、应急处理、应急管理"在该领域的出现频次较多。突变词包括"医院、风险评估"等。结论根据突变词的分析,未来在该领域的研究中,医院应急处理能力以及风险评估在卫生应急中的作用两方面内容将是重要研究领域。同时卫生应急预案可操作性、疾病预防控制中心权力、物资保障体系、完善公共卫生应急管理体系、基层医疗机构基础设施、新媒体在卫生应急领域的作用等内容也将成为关键的研究领域。

Objective To construct a visual analysis based on literature data in the field of emergency management of public health emergencies,and discuss the hotspots and trends of this field.Methods Using CiteSpace software to visually analyze the literature on public health emergencies in CNKI Database,the time span is from 2003 to 2020,and the data collection time is February 18,2020.Results 1846 references show the frequency of occurrence of"public health emergencies,emergencies,public health"in this field occupies the top three.Mutation words include"hospital and risk assessment".Conclusion According to the analysis of mutation words,in the future research in this field,the two aspects of hospital emergency handling capacity and the role of risk assessment in health emergency will be important research areas.Operability,the material security system,the improvement of public health emergency management systems,the infrastructure of primary medical institutions,and the role of new media in the field of health emergency response will also be become the key in research area.
