摘要
作为天线测量系统的重要装置,天线测量转台提供天线测量所需的扫描运动,并实时给出天线的位置信息。针对Ka波段通信天线要求测量转台定位精度高而目前的天线测量转台难以满足较大口径Ka波段天线测量需求的问题,文中设计了一种四自由度转台,分析了造成定位误差的主要因素,通过力矩电机直驱、双电机消隙驱动等措施的组合应用,实现了高精度天线测量转台设计,在满足高精度要求的同时还极具经济性。
The antenna measurement turntable is an important device in the antenna measurement system.It provides scanning motion required for antenna measurement and provides real-time antenna position information.Aiming at the problem that the Ka-band communication antenna requires high positioning accuracy of the measurement turntable,while the current antenna measurement turntable is difficult to meet the measurement requirements of the larger-diameter Ka-band antenna,a four-degree-freedom turntable is designed and the main factors causing positioning errors are analyzed in this paper.The combined application of direct drive and dual-motor drive anti-backlash measures realizes the design of a high-precision antenna measurement turntable,which is highly economical while meeting high-precision requirements.
