民用飞机飞行控制模块的完整性设计

摘要 三余度民用飞机飞行控制模块(FCM)负责正常模式和辅助模式控制律的计算,以及飞控系统状态告警、失速告警、导航指示、飞行模式通告、系统维护、自测试等工作。而飞行安全由四余度作动器控制电子(ACE)实现的直接模式控制律来保证,因此FCM需要提供高可用性和高完整性。通过研究锁步命令处理器、非相似监控处理器以及架构监控器等关键技术,某高安全FCM实现了指令计算的完整性,并与ACE一起实现了控制的完整性。 The triple flight control module(FCM)of civil aircraft configuration calculates the control law commands for normal mode and secondary mode,and provides functions for system status alerting,stall warning,guidance cues,flight mode annunciation,system maintenance and BIT of flight control system.The flight safety is guaranteed by quadruple redundant actuator control electronics(ACE)which supports direct mode control law,so FCM needs to provide high availability and high integrity.By studying the key technologies such as the lockstep command processor,the dissimilar monitor processor and the architecture monitors,a high safety FCM implements instruction calculation integrity,and realizes instruction control integrity with ACE.
