摘要
随着军队信息化程度的不断提高,军用软件已被广泛应用到武器装备的各个方面,其占装备价值的比重也日益增加。为体现军用软件价值,统一军用软件计价方法,目前已经明确科研阶段和订购阶段军用软件均采用功能点方法计价。通过对目前比较常用的5种的软件功能点方法,分别从用户角度对5种方法的应用领域、方法简易性等方面进行对比,最后选取使用更为便捷、经济的NESMA功能点方法进行重点阐述,并结合军用软件实例依据相关规范要求,介绍了NESMA功能点方法在军用软件功能点估算中的具体应用。
With the continuous improvement of military informatization,military software has been widely used in all aspects of weapons and equipment,and its proportion in the value of equipment is also increasing.In order to withdraw the value of military software and unify the valuation method of military software,the equipment development department of CMC has made it clear that both the scientific research stage and the ordering stage of military software adopt the function point method for valuation.This article introduces the categories,basic methods,and estimation steps of the software function point method through the NESMA function point method,and introduces the practical application of the NESMA function point method in military software function point estimation through examples.
