电力设备金属部件缓蚀失效预警研究

摘要 电力设备金属部件受到外界温湿度环境影响,导致使用寿命缩短。为此,提出电力设备金属部件缓蚀失效预警方法。利用功能函数定义电力设备金属部件工作状态,计算金属部件实际运行能力与外界载荷的差值,建立电力设备金属部件缓蚀失效极限状态方程。计算电力设备金属部件的缓蚀区域面积。获取电力设备金属部件的缓蚀失效面积,结合金属部件缓蚀失效预警流程设计,实现电力设备金属部件缓蚀失效的预警。实验结果表明,文中所提方法不仅可以深度预警电力设备金属部件的缓蚀,还可以预警电力设备金属部件失效概率。 The metal parts of power equipment are affected by the external temperature and humidity environment,resulting in shorter service life.Therefore,an early warning method for corrosion inhibition failure of metal parts of power equipment is proposed.The function is used to define the working state of metal parts of power equipment,and the difference between the actual operating capacity of metal parts and the external load is calculated to establish the corrosion inhibition failure limit state equation of metal parts of power equipment.Calculating the corrosion inhibition area of metal parts of power equipment,and the failure area can be obtained.With the process design of the early warning of corrosion inhibition failure for metal parts,the whole warning can be realized.The experiment results show that the proposed method can not only deeply warn the corrosion inhibition of metal parts of power equipment,but also warn the failure probability of metal parts of power equipment.
