调经促孕丸联合地屈孕酮治疗月经不调的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Irregular Menstruation by Tiaojing Progesterone Combined with Ditroprogesterone

目的探究调经促孕丸联合地屈孕酮治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法选择120例月经不调患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组60例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组采用调经促孕丸联合地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡期血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)及黄体期孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组卵泡期E2、黄体期P水平均高于治疗前,卵泡期FHS水平低于治疗前,且试验组E2、P水平均高于对照组,FHS水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%,对照组为3.33%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调经促孕丸联合地屈孕酮治疗月经不调临床效果确切,有效改善患者性激素水平,用药不良反应小,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiaojing Qiangyun Pill combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of menstrual irregularity.Methods A total of 120 patients with irregular menstruation were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the experimental group was treated with Tiaojing Quengyue Pill combined with dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum levels of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P)in luteal stage between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2 and P in follicular stage and FHS in follicular stage in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of E2 and P in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of FHS in experimental group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR was 5.00%in the experimental group and 3.33%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiaojing Quengyun Pill combined with ddrogesterone in the treatment of menstrual irregularity is effective in clinical effect,effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients,less adverse drug reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
