摘要
莴苣集药用、保健、食用于一身,主要含有黄酮、多酚、倍半萜、脂肪酸、香豆素,挥发油等多种化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗焦虑、抗糖尿病、镇痛抗炎等药理作用.查阅近年来国内外关于莴苣研究的文献资料,主要从化学成分和药理作用两个方面对其研究进展进行了归纳总结.
Lactuca sativa L.is not only a common vegetable,but also a medicinal plant,integrating medicinal,health care,and food.Lactuca sativa L.mainly contains flavonoids,polyphenols,sesquiterpenes,fatty acids,coumarins,volatile oil and other chemical components,which have anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-anxiety,anti-diabetic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.This article consults the literature on Lactuca sativa L.research at home and abroad in recent years,and summarizes its research progress mainly from two aspects:chemical composition and pharmacological effects.
