《景岳全书》论治痢疾

A brief analysis on the experience of differentiating and treating dysentery in Jingyue Quanshu

基于《景岳全书》中对于痢疾专篇的论述,探析该著作对于痢疾中医证治的特点。张景岳从病因病机、临床特征、辨证以及治疗等方面进行了系统的阐述,作者在全文中反复多次反对本病仅实热证,强调了从虚论治与从寒论治的重要性,治疗上提出了用温热之法治疗痢疾,以温补脾肾为主,佐以清热之法。为临床上诊治痢疾提供新的角度和文献依据。

Based on the treatise on dysentery in Jingyue Quanshu(Jing-yue's Complete Works),this paper analyzes the characteristics of TCM differentiating and treating the disease in this work.In his work,Zhang Jingyue systematically elaborates on the disease from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical features,syndrome differentiation and treatment.He repeatedly objects to categorizing the disease only into the excessive heat syndrome,and emphasizes the importance of differentiating and treating dysentery from the perspective of the deficiency syndrome and the cold syndrome.In terms of treatment,he puts forward the warming method and the method of clearing heat,mainly by warmly invigoraing the spleen and kidney,supplemented by the method of clearing heat.The analysis in this paper may hopefully provide a new perspective and literature basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dysentery.
