Professor Liang Dong’s experience in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis

梁栋教授在多年临床经验的基础上,荟萃前人论治桥本甲状腺炎之精髓,将其病因病机归为“正虚邪滞”,尤以“痰浊凝滞”为病机关键。通过总结其多年临证用药经验,汇总出“以祛邪扶正为总纲,以疏肝理气为先导,以健脾化痰为侧重,以调和营卫为基础”之治疗思路,以求达到“清补兼施,标本兼顾,化桥本之夙根,补诸脏之不足”的治疗目的,并对每一思路的常用药物做了总结概括。以临床具体病案为载体,分析梁师心法在实例中的应用,以期为临床遣方用药提供参考。临床疗效显示,在梁师的治疗下,桥本甲状腺炎患者的临床症状、激素水平都得到明显改善,彰显了中医诊疗桥本甲状腺炎的独特优势。

Based on years of clinical experience,Professor Liang Dong summarizes the essence of the previous theories on the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and classifies the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease as“deficient vital qi and stagnated pathogens”,especially“phlegm turbidity and stagnation”as the key pathogenesis.By condensing the experience and methods in his many years of clinical medication,he summarizes the treatment ideas of“eliminating pathogens and strengthening vital qi as the general principle,dispersing the liver and regulating qi as the guide,invigorating the spleen and dissipating phlegm as the focus,and harmonizing yingfen and weifen as the basis”,so as to achieve the treatment purpose of“clearing and tonifying simultaneously,taking into account both the symptoms and the root cause,wiping off the root cause of the disease,and tonifying the deficiencies of the viscera”,and he makes a summary of the commonly used drugs for each idea.Taking the clinical specific medical records as the carrier,the paper analyzes the application of Professor Liang Dong’s experience and methods in practical cases,in order to provide reference for clinical prescription and medication.The clinical efficacy shows that through Professor Liang Dong’s treatment,the clinical symptoms and hormone levels of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients have been significantly improved,which highlights the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
