补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑中风后遗症

A clinical study of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺疗法治疗脑中风后遗症期的临床疗效及可行性。方法选择90例脑中风后遗症期患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予针刺疗法,观察组采取补阳还五汤联合针刺疗法,观察2组脑中风后遗症期患者的神经功能、日常生活情况、运动功能、不良反应发生情况以及临床表现改善状况。结果观察组不良反应发生情况较对照组更少;观察组神经功能、日常生活情况、运动功能评分均比对照组更为良好;观察组各项临床表现改善状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针刺疗法治疗脑中风后遗症期患者,能够提升整体治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of ninety patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy were enrolled as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the acupuncture therapy,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with the acupuncture therapy.The neurological function,daily life,motor function,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the improvement of clinical performance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were fewer adverse events in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of the neurological function,daily life,and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The improvement of the various clinical performances of the observation group was also greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with the acupuncture therapy can improve the overall therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.
