《黄帝内经》阴阳五行思想对社区老年高血压患者自我管理的研究

Study on the effect of the yin-yang and five phases theories in Huangdi Neijing on the self-management of the community elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨《黄帝内经》阴阳五行思想对社区老年高血压自我管理的效果。方法选取2017年7月-12月收集的社区老年高血压患者144例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组72例。从2019年1月开始进行为期6个月的分组管理干预。6个月后,分别测量、记录2组的血压值,并采用问卷调查法调查2组生活质量评价,判断高血压自我管理方法的效果。结果干预后,研究组血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论《黄帝内经》阴阳五行思想对社区老年高血压病人自我管理的研究方法能够实现对高血压的有效管理,值得在临床推广使用,以便让更多的高血压患者受益。

Objective To explore the effect of yin-yang and five phases theories in Huangdi Neijing on the self-management of the community elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 144 community elderly patients with hypertension from July to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 72 cases in each group.A six-month group management intervention was conducted from January 2019.After the intervention,the blood pressure values of the two groups were measured and recorded respectively,and the quality of life evaluation of the two groups was investigated by a questionnaire survey to judge the effect of the hypertension self-management method.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention under the guidance of yin-yang and five phases theories in Huangdi Neijing in the self-management of the community elderly patients with hypertension can achieve effective management of hypertension,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application so as to benefit more hypertensive patients.
