快速康复外科护理对前列腺癌根治术后患者控尿功能及康复结局的影响

Effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the urinary control function and rehabilitation outcome of patients after the radical prostatectomy

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对前列腺癌根治术后患者控尿功能及康复结局的影响。方法以我院2015年7月-2018年7月泌尿外科收治的64例前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分组模式分为研究组和对照组,各32例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上开展快速康复外科护理,比较2组情绪状态改善情况、干预后的控尿能力、各康复指标、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后研究组的负面情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);研究组术后各康复指标均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可有效改善患者的情绪状态,缩短患者术后康复进程,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者术后控尿能力及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the urinary control function and rehabilitation outcome of patients after the radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients after the radical prostatectomy in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,while the study group received the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of the emotional state,urinary control ability,various rehabilitation indexes,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the score of the negative emotion in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperative rehabilitation indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can effectively improve the emotional state of patients,shorten the process of postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the ability of the postoperative urinary control and the nursing satisfaction.
