阿坝藏区不同人群在新型冠状病毒疫情期的心理差异调查

Investigation on the psychological differences among the different populations in the Tibetan area of Aba during the epidemic period of the novel coronavirus

目的调查比较阿坝藏区不同人群在新型冠状病毒疫情期的心理差异,为其心理调整和治疗提供依据。方法选择阿坝县医务人员及医疗援藏人员共计103人(对照组),当地普通藏区人群105人(观察组),应用调查量表评估阿坝藏区不同人群的焦虑、抑郁、自觉症状及对新型冠状病毒相关知识的知晓率,并对结果进行分析。结果对照组焦虑、强迫、抑郁因子得分高于观察组及全国常模(P<0.05);对照组的SAS和SDS评分高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组对新型冠状病毒的知晓明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论1)疫情对藏区不同人群的心理影响存在差异;2)普通藏区人群与医务人员相比,对新型冠状病毒的知晓率低,缺乏相应风险意识;3)现阶段疫情对医务人员及普通藏区人群造成的心理障碍有限,但作为一种强烈而持续的消极生活事件,要警惕其后续对心理潜在的影响。

Objective To investigate and compare the psychological differences of the different populations in the Aba Tibetan area during the epidemic period of the novel coronavirus,and to provide an evidence for the psychological adjustment and treatment.Methods A total of 103 medical staff and medical aid personnel to Tibet in Aba County(control group)and 105 people in the local Tibetan area(observation group)were selected as the research subjects.The anxiety,depression,self-aware symptoms and awareness rate of the novel coronavirus knowledge among the different populations in the Aba Tibetan area were evaluated by using the survey scale,and the results were analyzed.Results The scores of the anxiety,compulsion,and depression factors in the control group were higher than those in the observation group and the national norm(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The awareness of the novel coronavirus in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1)There are differences in the psychological effect of the epidemic on the different populations in the Tibetan area.2)Compared with the medical staff,the ordinary population in the Tibetan area has a lower awareness of the new coronavirus and lacks the corresponding risk awareness.3)At the present stage,the psychological barriers caused by the epidemic to the medical staff and ordinary Tibetan people are limited,but as a strong and persistent negative life event,it is necessary to be alert to its subsequent potential psychological impact.
