卵巢早衰证候分类学的研究进展

Research progress in the TCM syndrome taxonomy of premature ovarian failure

卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)作为妇科常见病,发病率逐年升高,其证候学研究的主观性与经验性强,尚缺乏统一定论。从病机理论、医家医案经验、证候分布规律与实验室相关指标等方面,对近10年有关POF中医证候学研究的文献作以整理,阐述卵巢早衰证候分类学的研究进展。探讨此类研究中存在的问题,提出建议,旨在为系统化中医证型提供依据,以达到更好指导中医辨证论治卵巢早衰的目的。

Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a common gynecological disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.The previous syndrome studies on the disease are characterized by obvious subjectivity and reliance on experience,therefore there is still no unified conclusion about this issue.Based on the pathogenesis theory,doctors’experience in related medical records,the syndrome distribution law and the related laboratory indicators,this paper sorts out the literature on the studies in this field in recent 10 years,and expounds the research progress in its syndrome taxonomy.At the same time,problems existing in this kind of research are discussed and some suggestions are put forward,in order to provide a basis for systemizing the TCM syndromes of premature ovarian failure and to better guide the TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of the disease.
