刮痧疗法治疗小儿积滞的理论及现状研究

A study on the theory and current situation of the scrapping therapy in the treatment of infantile indigestion

小儿积滞是儿科临床常见病,属于西医学功能性消化不良范畴,近年来发病率显著升高。刮痧疗法是以中医理论为指导,运用特制工具循经络刮拭从而达到防治疾病的特色疗法,运用刮痧疗法刮督脉和足太阳膀胱经循行之处治疗小儿积滞病,可达到促进气血运行,起到活血化瘀、润肠通便的作用。刮痧疗法疗效显著,但目前仍缺乏操作规范化,需在理论机制、介质、手法等方面进一步研究及创新。

Infantile indigestion is a common clinical disease in pediatrics,which belongs to the category of functional dyspepsia(FD)in western medicine,and whose incidence has been increasing significantly in recent years.The scrapping therapy,a therapy with unique features,is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and uses special tools to scrape along the meridians to achieve the effect of disease prevention and treatment.It is manipulated to scrape the governor vessel and foot Taiyang bladder meridian to treat infantile indigestion,which can promote the movement of qi and blood,play the role of promoting the blood circulation for removing blood stasis,moistening intestines and facilitating the feces excretion.Though the curative effect of the scrapping therapy is remarkable,there is still a lack of operation standardization,which needs further research and innovation in the aspects of theoretical mechanism,medium and manipulation.
