摘要 矿区放射性评价是矿床开发利用的前提,放射性检查是矿区放射性评价的基本手段。笔者在矿产勘查实践和28个矿产勘查报告调查的基础上,系统分析了现行矿产勘查规范对矿区放射性检查要求和国家对环境放射性评价有关标准、规定,指出了当前矿区放射性检查工作存在着评价标准不明确、工作方法不统一等问题。在此基础上,介绍了黑龙江省地方标准《固体矿产勘查放射性检查技术要求》的主要特点,提出了放射性评价限值、筛选水平和评价流程,使矿区放射性评价工作有据可依,为进一步开展放射性环境评价和监管提供了依据。 Radioactive evaluation in mining areas is the premise of mineral deposits development and utilization,and radioactive investigation is the basic means of radioactive evaluation in mining areas.Based on the practical experiences on mineral exploration and review on 28 mineral exploration reports,the authors systematically analyzed the requirements on radioactive investigation in mining areas in the current General Requirements for Geological Exploration of Solid Mineral and other relevant national standards and regulations on environmental radioactive evaluation.Then,the authors pointed out the problems existing in current radioactive investigation in mining areas,such as the equivocal evaluation standard and inconsistent work methods.Based on this,the main features of the local standard of Heilongjiang Province"Technical Requirements for Radioactive Investigation of Solid Mineral Exploration"are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile the evaluation limits,screening levels and evaluation processes for radioactive are suggested,in order to provide evidences for radioactive evaluation in mining area,and references for further radiological environmental assessment and relevant supervision.
