化学发光联合免疫组化技术对不同类型子宫内膜异位症的鉴别诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨化学发光联合免疫组化技术对不同类型子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取收治的90例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,依据患病部位不同分为卵巢子宫内膜异位症(A组)、深部子宫内膜异位症(B组)和腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症(C组)三组,每组30例,采用免疫组化技术及化学发光技术对病变组织、血清及腹腔积液进行多项综合生物指标检测,比较不同指标在各组的阳性表达率。结果:A组的Foxp3阳性率、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg阳性率及黄体生成素(LH)水平均显著高于其余两组(P<0.05),B组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)阳性率及雌二醇(E2)水平显著高于其余两组(P<0.05),C组的Foxp3阳性率、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg阳性率、E2水平及层粘连蛋白(LN)水平均显著低于其余两组(P<0.05),C组的血管紧张素Ⅱ受体-1(AT1R)阳性率及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平显著高于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论:采用免疫组化联合化学发光技术综合检测Foxp3,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg,LH,E2,LN,FSH及AT1R,可有效鉴别不同类型EMT。 Objective:To explore the differential diagnosis value of chemiluminescence combined with immunohistochemistry in different types of endometriosis(EMT).Methods:Ninety patients with endometriosis admitted to hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into three groups A,B and C according to the different diseased parts,with 30 cases in each group.Immunohistochemistry and chemiluminescence technology were used to treat the diseased tissues.Serum and abdominal cavity fluid were tested for multiple comprehensive biological indicators,and the positive expression rates of different indicators in each group were compared.Results:The positive rate of Foxp3,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg and luteinizing hormone(LH)level in group A were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05),and the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)positive rate and estradiol(E2)level in group B were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).The Foxp3 positive rate,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg positive rate,E2 level and laminin(LN)level in group C were significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05),and the angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor(AT1R)positive rate and follicule-stimulating hormone(FSH)in group C were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive detection of Foxp3,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg,LH,E2,LN,FSH and AT1R by immunohistochemistry combined with chemiluminescence technology can effectively distinguish different types of EMT.
