中药敷贴、离子导入联合清肺化瘀汤治疗儿童大叶性肺炎疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Chinese Medicinals for Application and Iontophoresis Combined with Decoction for Clearing Lung and Removing Blood Stasis in the Treatment of Children with Lobar Pneumonia

目的:观察中药敷贴、离子导入联合清肺化瘀汤治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2020年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院收治的200例大叶性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用中药敷贴、离子导入联合清肺化瘀汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、炎性因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平及肺部感染严重程度。结果:观察组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组半胱氨酰白三烯(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor,CysLTs)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-6,IL-8)水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床肺部感染评分(clinical pulmonary infection score,CPIS)均降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷贴、离子导入联合清肺化瘀汤治疗儿童大叶性肺炎,能够有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善体内炎性因子和免疫球蛋白水平,减轻肺部感染程度。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicinals for application and iontophoresis combined with Decoction for Clearing Lung and Removing Blood Stasis on children with lobar pneumonia.Methods:A total of 200 children with lobar pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicinals for application,iontophoresis combined with Decoction for Clearing Lung and Removing Blood Stasis.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,immunoglobulin and severity of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cysteinyl leukotriene receptor(CysLTs),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),Interleukin-6(IL-6)and Interleukin-8(IL-8)in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IGA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the increase degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of lobar pneumonia,Chinese medicinals for application and iontophoresis combined with Decoction for Clearing Lung and Removing Blood Stasis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin,and reduce the degree of pulmonary infection.
