摘要
伴随着我国科学技术的高速发展,制造业中电子设备元器件的可靠元器件数量不断增加,导致装备系统整体结构的复杂程度越来越高。相应地,在日常使用过程中,人们对其可靠性以及可维修性提出了更高的标准和要求。基于此,详细分析与阐述电子元器件的可靠性筛选设计。
With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,the number of reliable components of electronic equipment in manufacturing industry is increasing,which leads to the whole structure of equipment system with high complexity.Accordingly,in the daily use process,people put forward higher standards and requirements for its reliability and maintainability.Based on this,the reliability screening design of electronic components is analyzed and elaborated in detail.
