摘要 带隙基准在集成电路的模拟、数字或混合信号构件等电路中有着很高的精度和温度独立性,如A/D转换器、滤波器、闪存控制等[1]。本文通过简单的理论分析,阐明了一种最基本的带隙基准工作原理,介绍了电路的设计思路,误差分析以及电路稳定性仿真的方法。 Bandgap references have high precision and temperature independence in analog,digital,or mixed signal components of integrated circuits such as A/D converters,filters,flash controls,etc.In this paper,a basic bandgap reference working principle is expounded through simple theoretical analysis,and the design idea,error analysis and circuit stability simulation method are introduced.
