一种通用型信号采集前端电路

A General Frontend Circuit of Signal Acquisition

市场上传感器种类繁多,普通的信号采集装置的前端电路不能同时匹配多种传感器的信号输出类型。本文提出一种通用型的信号采集前端电路,能兼容市面上大部分电信号输出类型的传感器,支持电流和电压信号的输入,支持单端和差分信号输入,而且具有输入阻抗调节功能,以实现采集电路与传感器输出阻抗的良好匹配,减少信号反射。输入模式切换和阻抗调节简单有效,通用性强,能较好地提升产品开发效率。

There are many kinds of sensors on the market currently,and the normal front-end circuit of signal acquisition could not match all the types of sensor signal output.This paper presents a common front-end circuit of signal acquisition,which could match the most types of electrical signal output from sensors,support the current and voltage signal input,support single and differential signal input,and support input impedance adjustment for good impedance matching between the acquisition circuit and the sensor and decreasing signal reflection.The circuit makes input modes switch and impedance adjustment simple and effective.It is also universal and greatly increases the product development efficiency.
