Research Progress in[1,2]-Phospha-Brook Rearrangement Reaction

[1,2]-Phospha-Brook重排反应是重要的有机人名反应,在有机合成化学和药物化学等研究领域得到广泛应用。本文综述了近年来[1,2]-Phospha-Brook重排反应在合成α-磷酰氧基酯和不同三元、五元和六元环状功能化合物中的研究进展,并对[1,2]-Phospha-Brook重排反应未来发展方向进行展望。

[1,2]-Phospha-Brook rearrangement is an important organic name reaction that is widely used in several research fields such as organic synthetic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.This article reviews the recent progress of the[1,2]-Phospha-Brook rearrangement reaction,with regard to its use in the synthesis ofα-phosphoryloxy esters and different ternary,five-and six-membered cyclic functional compounds.We also provide insights into the future development direction of the[1,2]-Phospha-Brook rearrangement reaction.
