摘要
测角精度作为雷达天线等武器装备的一项重要指标,发生故障是致命的,测角零值重新快速并精确标定显得尤为重要。文章提出并设计一款高精度结构电子零位记忆装置,通过高精度数控机床加工结构件,结合电子显微镜及测量软件的高精度测量,实现测角零值标定。对比以往刻线式、接近开关式、光电式零位记忆装置,其优点为精度高、可靠性高,可直接通过人机交互界面完成测角零值标定。
As an important index of weapon equipments such as radar antenna,it is fatal that the angle accuracy fails.It is particularly important to re-calibrate zero value of angle measurement quickly and accurately.This paper proposes and designs a electronic delta neutral recollection installation with high precision structure,through the high-precision CNC machine tools machining structural parts,combined with the high-precision measurement of electron microscope and measurement software,the zero value calibration of angle measurement is realized.Compared with the previous delta neutral recollection installations,such as scribed line type,proximity switch type and photoelectric type,it has the advantages of high precision and high reliability,and can directly complete the zero value calibration of angle measurement through human-computer interaction interface.
