20个芝麻品种单株产量相关性状的灰色关联分析及其综合评价

Grey Correlation Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation on Yield Related Characters of Twenty Sesame Varieties

为探讨芝麻主要农艺性状对其单株产量的影响,筛选出适合河南地区种植的优质芝麻品种,本试验以20个不同来源的芝麻品种为材料,采用灰色关联分析法对单株产量与株高、始蒴高度、空梢长度、单株蒴果数、每蒴粒数、千粒重等性状进行关联分析,并对供试品种进行基于灰色关联分析的综合评价。结果表明,20个芝麻品种的单株蒴果数、千粒重、每蒴粒数、果轴长、株高与产量呈显著或极显著正相关,单株产量与其相关性状的关联度依次是单株蒴果数>果轴长>千粒重>每蒴粒数>株高>始蒴高度>空梢长度。20个品种中,皖芝5号、郑杂芝3号、漯芝16号和项芝秸叶黄综合评价较好,其等权关联系数和加权关联系数排序均居前4名,更适宜河南地区大规模种植。单株蒴果数、果轴长、千粒重和每蒴粒数对芝麻产量的影响较大,实际育种中应该重点关注。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of main agronomic traits on yield per plant of sesame and to screen out high-quality sesame varieties suitable for cultivation in Henan Province.In this test,20 different sesame varieties were used as experimental materials to analyze and evaluate the yield and plant height,height from base to first capsule,top length without capsule,capsules per plant,seeds per capsule,thousand-seed weight and other related traits comprehensively by grey correlation analysis.The capsules per plant,thousand-seed weight,seeds per capsule,fruit axial length and plant height were correlated with yield significantly positively,and the correlation degree between yield per plant and other characters was in the order of capsules per plant>fruit axial length>thousand-seed weight>seeds per capsule>height of plant>top length without capsule.In the 20 different sesame varieties,Wanzhi 5,Zhengzazhi 3,Luozhi 16 and Xiangzhi Straw Leaf Yellow were ranked top 4 in correlation indexes,which were more suitable for large-scale planting in Henan region.Capsules per plant,fruit axis length,thousand-seed weight and number of seed-capsule per plant had great influences on yield of sesame,so they should be paid more attention during practical breeding job.
