摘要
我国幅员辽阔,药用植物资源极其丰富,加之生长环境、品种的不同等使得其中孕育了更为多样的内生菌资源。药用植物内生菌在与宿主植物长期协同进化过程中逐渐形成了一种互惠互利的关系,内生菌可通过各种途径影响宿主植物的生长、代谢、抗逆等生理活动,作为一种绿色、生态、可持续利用的资源,在农业生产中具有广阔的应用前景。本文对近些年药用植物内生菌在农业生产中的研究与应用进行综述,并对存在问题和发展前景进行探讨,以期为药用植物内生菌资源在农业生产中的应用提供借鉴。
Medicinal plants are distributed widely with abundant resources in China.In addition to their different regions and varieties,medicinal plants are pregnant with abundant endophytes.In the long-term coevolution of host plants and endophytes,a mutually beneficial relationship has gradually formed between them.As one kind of green,ecological and sustainable resources,endophytes have broad application prospects in agricultural production,which can affect the growth,metabolism and stress resistance of host plants through various ways.In this paper,recent research and application progress of endophytes of medicinal plants in agriculture are summarized,and the present problems and developing prospects were disscussed,in order to provide references for the future development of endophytes resources in agriculture.
