宫颈癌治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者患病体验的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on Experience of Patients with Lower Extremity Lymphedema after Cervical Cancer Treatment

目的了解宫颈癌治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者的患病体验。方法运用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对13例宫颈癌治疗后发生下肢淋巴水肿的患者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析并提炼主题。结果下肢淋巴水肿严重影响宫颈癌患者的身心健康,患者患病体验可归纳为5个主题:疾病相关知识缺乏;日常生活受疾病困扰;情绪认知改变;家庭支持欠缺;经济压力沉重。结论宫颈癌治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者承受着生理、心理、社会等多方面的压力,医护人员应加大对该群体的关注,并有针对性地提供相应干预措施,促进患者疾病康复,进而提高患者生活质量。

Objective To understand the experience of patients with lower extremity lymphedema after cervical cancer treatment.Methods A total of 13 patients with lower extremity lymphedema after cervical cancer treatment were selected.With the phenomenological method of qualitative studies adopted,the patients received a semi-structural interview.The interview data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step method,and then several themes were extracted.Results Lower extremity lymphedema seriously affected the physical and mental health of patients with cervical cancer.A total of 5 themes were extracted according to their experience as follows:lack of disease-related knowledge;daily life afflicted with the disease;changes in emotion cognition;lack of family support;heavy economic burden.Conclusion Patients with lower extremity lymphedema after cervical cancer treatment are under physical,psychological and social pressure.Medical staff should pay more attention to this group and take corresponding intervention measures to speed up their recovery and then improve their quality of life.
