Research on the Status Quo of Work Stress,Emotion Management and Competence of Oncology Nurses and Their Correlation

摘要 目的了解肿瘤护士工作压力、情绪管理和工作能力现状,并探讨三者之间的关系,旨在为提升肿瘤护士工作能力提供借鉴和参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年3月选取天津医科大学肿瘤医院、天津医科大学第二医院和天津医科大学总医院工作的肿瘤护士287名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、挑战性-障碍性压力量表、护士情绪管理量表和中文版护士能力量表对其进行调查。结果被调查的287名肿瘤护士挑战性压力得分为(19.41±3.60)分、障碍性压力得分为(14.71±2.73)分,情绪管理量表得分为(45.27±4.83)分,护士能力量表得分为(77.98±4.33)分。不同性别、学历和工作年限的肿瘤护士挑战性压力比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),不同学历、职称、工作年限和月收入的肿瘤护士情绪管理能力和工作能力比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。肿瘤护士挑战性压力与情绪管理能力、工作能力呈正相关(P<0.001),障碍性压力与情绪管理能力、工作能力呈负相关(P<0.001),情绪管理能力与工作能力呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论肿瘤护士工作中的挑战性压力高于障碍性压力;情绪管理能力处于中等偏低水平,有待进一步提高;整体工作能力处于较高水平,业务能力较强。肿瘤护士感受到的挑战性压力越多,情绪管理能力和工作能力越强;其感受到的障碍性压力越多,情绪管理能力和工作能力越差。 ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of work stress, emotion management and competence of oncology nurses and to explore their correlation, providing a reference for improving the competence of oncology nurses.MethodsA total of 287 oncology nurses working in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital, the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University and Tianjin Medical University General Hospital were selected by convenience sampling in March 2020. They were investigated by a general information questionnaire, a challenge-hindrance stress scale, a nurse emotion management scale and a nurse competence scale(Chinese version).ResultsFor the 287 oncology nurses investigated, the scores of challenge stress, hindrance stress, emotion management scale and nurse competence scale were(19.41±3.60) points,(14.71±2.73) points,(45.27±4.83) points and(77.98±4.33) points, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in challenge stress among oncology nurses who were different in gender, education and working years(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in emotion management ability and competence among oncology nurses who were different in education, professional title, working years and monthly income(P<0.05). Among these oncology nurses, challenge stress was positively correlated with emotion management ability and competence(P<0.001);hindrance stress was negatively correlated with emotion management ability and competence(P<0.001);emotion management ability was positively correlated with competence(P<0.001).Conclusion The oncology nurses have greater challenge stress than hindrance stress in their work and have a moderately low emotion management ability, which needs to be further improved. However, they have high competence and strong professional ability. With greater challenge stress, oncology nurses’ emotion management ability and competence become stronger. With greater hindrance stress, their emotion management ability and competence become worse.
