木薯茎秆粉碎还田机刀片离地间隙控制系统设计与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对木薯茎秆粉碎还田机作业效率低的问题,以木薯茎秆粉碎还田机粉碎刀片离地间隙为研究对象,设计一种基于木薯茎秆粉碎还田机的刀片离地间隙控制系统。为实现木薯茎秆粉碎还田机刀片离地间隙精确控制,设计可安装检测装置的仿形检测机构;在木薯茎秆粉碎还田机地轮支撑杆处加装液压缸,可对木薯茎秆粉碎还田机粉碎刀片离地间隙进行调控;在SolidWorks中建立木薯茎秆粉碎还田机垄面作业模型,并利用ADAMS软件对其进行运动仿真分析,结果表明:仿形检测机构仿形范围为375~500 mm时,此时仿形检测机构具有最优仿形效果,设计合理。粉碎刀片距垄面距离为228 mm,满足最优粉碎刀片离地间隙范围要求。 In order to solve the problem of low operating efficiency of the cassava stem smashing and returning machines,a control system based on the blade ground clearance of the cassava stem smashing and returning machine was designed,taking the ground clearance of the blade of the cassava stem smashing and returning machine as the research object.In order to realize the precise control of the clearance between the blades of the cassava stalk pulverizing and returning machines,a profile detection mechanism was designed,which could be installed with a detection device.A hydraulic cylinder was installed at the ground wheel support rod of the cassava stem pulverizer,which can control the ground clearance of the pulverizer blade.The ridging operation model of cassava stem smashing and returning machine was established in SolidWorks,and its motion simulation analysis was carried out using ADAMS software.The results showed that when the copying range of the detection mechanism was between 375-500 mm,the copying detection mechanism had the best copying effect,and the design was reasonable.The distance between the grinding blade and the ridge surface was 228 mm,which meets the optimal ground clearance range of the grinding blade.
