从紧急建立健全应急机制、精选队伍组建发热门诊、组织中西医相关知识培训、及时保障抗疫物资供应、因人而异严格消毒隔离5方面入手探讨基于中医瘟疫理论的新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)发热门诊规范化管理,指出基于中医瘟疫理论规范发热门诊管理可以及早发现传染源,切断传播途径,保护易感人群,避免出现交叉感染及院内感染,确保患者及医护人员安全;可充分发挥中西医结合优势,更好地应对各类突发传染性疾病。

The paper discussed the standardized management of COVID-19 fever clinic based on TCM plague theory from establishing and improving emergency response mechanism urgently,selecting team to set up fever clinic,organizing the training of Chinese and Western medicine related knowledge,timely guaranteeing the supply of anti-epidemic materials,strict disinfection and isolation.Based on TCM plaque theory,standardizing the management of fever clinic can find the source of infection as soon as possible,cut off the transmission route,protect the susceptible population,avoid cross infection and nosocomial infection and ensure the safety of patients and medical staff;it can give full play to the advantages of integrative medicine and better deal with all kinds of sudden infectious diseases.
