摘要
结合传统食养中老年食养理论,研究其对适老食品发展的启示,探讨适老食品的定义、分类、应用,发掘传统食养研究与应用对适老食品新体系构建的价值和意义,对中医食疗学科的应用方向及如何守正创新提出了新思考。
Based on traditional diet regimen and the theory of food and nutrition for the middle-aged and the elderly,the paper studies its enlightenment to the development of the food for the elderly,discusses its definition,classification and application of the food for the elderly,explores the value and meaning of the study and application of traditional diet regimen for the construction of new system of the food for the elderly,and raises the new thinking on the application of TCM diet regimen and how to innovate.
