根管显微镜联合超声震荡在根管治疗中的临床疗效评价 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察分析根管显微镜联合超声震荡在根管治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取我院口腔科2018年2月~2019年2月收治的80例需要进行根管治疗的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。研究组患者进行显微镜联合超声震荡技术进行根管治疗,对照组患者采用常规技术进行根管治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等水平,以及治疗总体有效率和患者满意度。结果:两组患者的VAS评分,治疗后均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP等炎性因子水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总体有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统方式的根管治疗,显微镜联合超声震荡的根管治疗技术能够有效减轻患者根管治疗后的疼痛,降低炎性因子水平,提高根管治疗的总体有效率和患者的满意度,值得临床推广。 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of root canal microscope combined with ultrasonic oscillation in root canal treatment.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,80 patients who needed root canal treatment were admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital and were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the study group underwent root canal therapy with microscope combined with ultrasonic oscillation technology,and patients in the control group underwent root canal therapy with conventional techniques.The patients were evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS)and measured the content of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)before and after treatment.And the overall treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction were also assessed.Results:The VAS scores of two groups of patients after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The content of IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP of two groups of patients were lower than those before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional technology,the root canal treatment used by microscope combined with ultrasonic vibration could effectively reduce the pain of patients after treatment,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the overall effectiveness and patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
