新冠疫情下数字经济助力中国经济恢复发展的路径探究

Exploration of the Path for the Digital Economy to Help China's Economic Recovery and Development under the COVID-19 Epidemic

尽管新冠肺炎疫情在短期内给我国经济带来了沉重打击,但从长期来看,数字经济的蓬勃发展缓解了疫情带来的负面影响,且会在疫情带来的产业机遇下进一步促进我国经济高质量发展。本文在总结数字经济的相关概念和核心特征的基础上,指出数字经济通过效率提升与创新发展的双重路径来助力我国经济恢复发展,并以生鲜行业的盒马鲜生为例具体阐释其作用。为促进数字经济的长远发展,中国需进一步加强新基建,加快数字技术的开发与应用,加快传统产业数字化转型,并继续完善数字经济治理体系。

The COVID-19 epidemic has dealt a heavy blow to the Chinese economy in the short term,but in the long run,the vigorous development of the digital economy has eased the negative effects of the epidemic and will further promote the high quality development of China's economy in the industrial opportunities brought by the epidemic.On the basis of summarizing the relevant concepts and core characteristics of digital economy,this paper points out that digital economy can help China's economic recovery and development through the dual path of efficiency improvement and innovative development,and takes Hema Xiansheng in the fresh food industry as an example to explain its role.In order to promote the long-term development of the digital economy,China needs to further strengthen new infrastructure,accelerate the development and application of digital technologies,accelerate the digital transformation of traditional industries,and continue to improve the digital economy governance system.
