济南市机动车排放检验新国标实施成效分析

An Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the New National Standard for Motor Vehicle Emission Inspection in Jinan

2019年5月1日,济南市实施的机动车排放检验国家标准《汽油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法及简易工况法)》(GB18285-2018)、《柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法》(自由加速法及加载减速法)(GB3847-2018)。截至目前,新国标已近实施近两年,本文将通过统计2019年5月1日以来济南市机动车排放检验数据,以全面了解济南市新国标实施的成效,进一步发现存在的问题,分析产生的原因、探讨优化的措施。

On May 1,2019,Jinan City implemented the national standard for vehicle emission inspection"Limits and Measurement Methods of Pollutant Emissions from Gasoline Vehicles(Dual Idle Speed Method and Simple Working Condition Method)"(GB18285-2018),"Diesel Vehicles"Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods"(free acceleration method and loading deceleration method)(GB3847-2018).Up to now,the new national standard has been implemented for nearly two years.This article will use the statistics of the vehicle emission inspection data of Jinan since May 1,2019 to fully understand the effectiveness of the implementation of the new national standard in Jinan,and further discover the existing problems and analyze the results.The reasons for this,and the optimization measures are discussed.
