摘要 近年来,随着我国产业转型升级加快,对于专业技术人才的需求不断提升,这也就推动了职业教育工作的开展。中职教育作为我国职业教育体系中的重要组成,为社会发展培养了大量的优质人才,推动了各行各业的发展。但是在目前中职院校专业教学中,受到各种教学理念与方法的影响,还存在许多的问题,无法满足当前社会发展对专业人才的需求。在这种情况下,必须要重视对学生工匠精神的培育,提升学生专业技能的掌握水平,实现学生综合素质的改善。因此,在现阶段的中职汽修专业教学过程中,需要针对目前教学中存在的问题,采取有效的教学措施,实现工匠精神的有效融入,改善汽修专业教学效果,为社会发展培养更为优质的人才。 In recent years,as China’s industrial transformation and upgrading has accelerated,the demand for professional and technical personnel has continued to increase,which has also promoted the development of vocational education.As an important component of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education has cultivated a large number of high-quality talents for social development and promoted the development of all walks of life.However,in the current professional teaching of secondary vocational colleges,affected by various teaching concepts and methods,there are still many problems,which cannot meet the current social development's demand for professional talents.In this case,we must pay attention to the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit,improve the mastery of students'professional skills,and realize the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.Therefore,in the current stage of the teaching process of secondary vocational auto repair major,it is necessary to take effective teaching measures in response to the current problems in teaching,realize the effective integration of the craftsman spirit,improve the teaching effect of the auto repair major,and train more high-quality talents for social development.
