摘要
本文针对某系列轻型卡车侧围、踏步立板等外观件及使用环境相对恶劣的车身底部轮罩处易生锈部位开展提升研究,从增加工艺孔以提高电泳质量、采用特制密封胶进行密封优化、以及调整结构等方面提出优化思路,结合经济分析对比,总结一套有效且较经济的车身防腐性能提升方案,为类似车身防腐工程提供一定的参考。
In this paper,a series of light truck side panels,step boards and other exterior parts and the rust-prone parts of the bottom wheel cover of the vehicle body with a relatively harsh environment are studied from adding process holes to improve the electrophoresis quality,and using special sealant.In terms of sealing optimization and structural adjustment,optimization ideas are proposed,combined with economic analysis and comparison,and a set of effective and economical car body anti-corrosion performance improvement schemes are summarized,which provides a certain reference for similar car body anti-corrosion projects.
