侧围外板门洞废料柔性化再利用方案研究

摘要 以侧围外板门洞废料回收再利用为载体,详细阐述了废料同步设计方案、废料依靠自身重力排出收集、堆垛、低成本柔性化自动剪裁的废料再利用方案。采用该方案不影响受益零件原材料保障,有利于提升利用废料再生产可实施性。同时通过低成本自动化废料剪裁,降低了废料加工成本,提升了废料利用的经济效益。通用化线侧回收及分剪工作站的应用,克服了多品种小批量车型再利用问题,提升了废料再利用的应用车型范围,取得了明显的经济及环境效益。 Taking the recycling and reuse of waste materials in the side wall outer door openings as the carrier,the waste materials synchronization design plan,waste materials relying on its own gravity discharge and collection,stacking,and low-cost flexible automatic cutting waste recycling plan are described in detail.The adoption of this scheme does not affect the guarantee of the raw materials of the benefited parts,and is beneficial to improve the feasibility of using waste materials to reproduce.At the same time,through low-cost automated waste cutting,the cost of waste processing is reduced,and the economic benefits of waste utilization are improved.The application of the universal line-side recycling and separation and shearing workstation overcomes the problem of multiple types of small-batch vehicle reuse,increases the scope of application vehicle types for waste reuse,and achieves obvious economic and environmental benefits.
