摘要
本文采用纤维增强复合材料和环氧树脂基材料对汽车引擎盖进行拓扑优化,样品制作和性能分析。根据实际工况的发动机罩,最小化目标函数与质量、测试性能指数的钢罩前为约束函数,发动机罩的纤维增强复合材料等效替代拓扑优化。各种工况下的试验结果表明,与钢罩相比,纤维增强复合材料罩的性能提高,复合材料罩的重量变轻。
In this paper,fiber reinforced composites and epoxy resin-based materials are used to optimize the automobile hood topology,sample making and performance analysis.According to the actual working conditions of the hood,the constraint function of minimizing the objective function and the mass and test performance index of the steel hood front is the constraint function,and the equivalent replacement topology optimization of the hood with fiber-reinforced composite material is achieved.The test results under various working conditions show that,compared with the steel hood,the performance of the fiber reinforced composite hood is improved and the weight of the composite hood is lighter.
