摘要 冬季,北方下雪天停在室外的汽车前挡风玻璃常会被积雪完全覆盖,雨刮器被牢牢地冻在车窗上,无法实现车窗除冰的任务。作品是一种采用电磁感应无线供电方式,对汽车雨刮器的橡胶条驻留位置进行加热,软化雨刮器上的橡胶条,并使其带有一定温度,进而方便为汽车前挡风玻璃除去积雪和冰霜的装置,可有效解决冬季汽车雨刮器结冰后无法正常使用的问题,起到亮窗的作用,使驾驶人获得清晰的视野。该作品无需铺设复杂的电路可适用于绝大多数车型,节约热车化冰时间,并且通过单片机编程实现高温断热和隔时加热,安全性高,为车主带来更好的除冰体验,减少冬季融化雨刮器结冰对汽车雨刮器本身的伤害及长时间热车带来的对汽车涡轮增压器、引擎的伤害,有效降低汽车冬季热车油耗及排放! In winter,the front windshield of a car parked outdoors on a snowy day in the north is often completely covered by snow,and the wiper is firmly frozen on the window,which cannot achieve the task of deicing the window.The article put forward a method,which is a wireless power supply method using electromagnetic induction to heat the rubber strip of the car wiper,soften the rubber strip on the wiper,and make it have a certain temperature,so as to facilitate the removal of snow from the front windshield of the car.The frost device can effectively solve the problem that the wiper of a car cannot be used normally after freezing in winter,and it can brighten the window so that the driver can obtain a clear vision.This work does not need to lay complicated circuits and can be applied to most models,saves the time for hot car to melt the ice,and realizes high temperature insulation and interval heating through single-chip programming.It has high safety and brings better deicing experience to car owners,effectively reducing the damage to the car wiper itself caused by the melting of the wiper icing in the winter and the damage to the car turbocharger and engine caused by the long-term hot car,and reducing the fuel consumption and emissions of the car in the winter.
